This may be one of my favorite photos I ever have taken. This professionally crafted sand castle sat on the beach outside the Hotel del Coronado in San Diego, CA in December 2016. The caption written in the sand was prophetic, as I knew my heart would ache every time I looked at this photo while not standing on that beach. I was absolutely correct!
